Could you please list your top five web sites (or just 5 web sites that you regularly visit!)

That's rather like listing your five favourite phone numbers! I tend not to use the web in that way. When I want a piece of information I go out and find it wherever it is. The sites I actually visit the most regularly are just routine - I check my airmiles with British Airways or industry news at MacWeek or MacOS Rumors.com. Or I order everyday clothes from Eddie Bauer.com (to get the sizes I can't get in British shops) or books from Amazon. For entertainment I usually go to The Onion. Otherwise I just go out and look for what I need at that moment.

Type a list of words you want to search for, separated by spaces: Google

Power Searching

The little text box above conceals a myriad of useful tools for a power user, which you doubtless are. The search will, by default, return a list of results which include any of the given query words (however, results which include more of those words will be ranked higher) If you require that all results returned must include a given word, precede that word with a + sign. If you require that all results must not include a given word (for the purpose of whittling down results), precede that word with a ! sign. Note that there should be no spaces between signs and the words they apply to.

For example, the query

+hitch !book infocom

will return only results that contain the word "hitch" and do not contain the word "book". Results containing the word "infocom" will be ranked higher.
